For Quite a windy weekend, I am Surprised I was still able to retrieve some shots. Excuse the bad quality and blurry photos but no apologies for the Outfit lol.

 So Lets Begin with the details . This beautiful African Inspired drape top By ADK CLOTHING Was gifted to me by an amazing Sister, daughter and Friend in Ghana. I had always wanted to wear this top but never had the opportunity so this day was the perfect time. I Paired this top with a custom made white midi Pencil skirt and Kept it minimal.

Beautiful Gold Watch is From Michael Kors and Similar Clutch can be found on Amazon. Finally These Heels which you have probably seen enough of is from Charlotte Russe and yeah i wear it ridiculously and only because its one of my most comfortable choices.

DIY Deep Conditioning Natural Hair 4c/4b Avocado and Coconut Milk

So here is another post for my ladies and I guess my guys too. This is another DIY Hair Mask/ treatment for Hair rejuvenation and restoration . All you need is Avocado and Coconut Milk for this and Yes, it is very potent and Works with time. I personally prefer to add up some few essential oils to my DIY. Below is a video on how to do this,

GET OUT OF THAT MOOD!!

Lets Be Real here,
We all have our moments… Can you count the number of times you have felt far from happiness? Even, those days you try so hard to keep a smile, but just cant seem to? Even those days you just cant help but lay in your bed or couch All day, just watching movies or listening to music just because you dont want to be around or even talk to anyone?. You are probably thinking, its normal but Let me ask you, Can you also count the many efforts you probably made to reverse such moments ?

Do i Assume the answer to be NO? As i said earlier, “Lets be real”. I was frequently falling into such moments, and gradually drawing towards depression without even knowing. It is very Easy to feel down and even easier to stay Feeling down. I know that many of you refuse to accept the fact that you are currently in that stage but there really isn’t anything to be ashamed of… Let me try to help… These are a few tips to help regain the Joy and smiles i Lost…

- BEGIN your day with the Word of truth ! I am a christian , and so i Draw Love, Joy and Peace from the Bible. Try as much as possible to read a chapter or two each morning. You would be amazed at what the Holy Spirit will channel you to.  Social Media these days have screwed our focus to the point that the first thing we mostly do, is check for instagram notifications, or facebook messages before anything else. But unfortunately for some, the notifications you rush to see, are actually the same that ruin your entire mood for the day. Switch that up!

- POSITIVELY approach your day! A lot of us have hurtful pasts, but who doesn’t ? To protect our hearts we expect the worst, which means no room for disappointments. This is how we protect our hearts and avoid being hurt. But, do you realize how many chances or opportunities you may have allowed pass you by?  The world is not out to get you. Expect the best! Begin to see all your dreams and visions in existence and work your best to achieve them!

- CHASE Success and productivity! I, just Like everyone has dreams and visions, but sitting hours in a day, doing nothing but sobbing , and swimming in sadness will not get you there! For some, there are only a few steps to reaching it and for some a million. My Race is different from yours and Yours different from others. But your pace will help you get there. Start from somewhere. Such moves will occupy your thoughts and give you something to hope for. "Your Gifts will make room for you and bring you before the Great Proverbs 18 : 16”

- APPRECIATE life, even the seen and unseen. Do not underestimate the little blessings. Sometimes these Blessings appear in the form of Pain and stirs you to question God, but know that God does not give you what you cannot handle! You have Life and Another opportunity to Turn things around. Dont Give up! KEEP PUSHING!
